Esperos Foundation

About Us

75 Million children in the developing world lack access to quality education. The ESPEROS Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by ESPEROS, is committed to reducing that number, one bag at a time.

For every bag sold, the ESPEROS Foundation funds one year of education for a child in need in the developing world.

Our Giving Partners

To maintain accountability and oversight, the Esperos Foundation partners with established educational organizations doing work all around the world.

Komera is an organization that works to develop self-confident young women through education, community, and sport. It was created to assist Rwandan girls who have the courage and desire to pursue secondary education but lack the resources to do so. Komera sponsors students with full tuition, including room and board, and provides intensive leadership and social entrepreneurship training during school holidays. By partnering with Komera, The ESPEROS Foundation has helped send 72 girls in Rwanda to school for the first time.

Pencils of Promise

Pencils of Promise is a global education organization that believes every child should have access to quality education. It has built schools and provided educational programs focused on increasing literacy rates in Ghana, Guatemala, Laos, and Nicaragua. Pencils of Promise has a holistic approach to education, focusing on empowering both students and teachers and offering water and health programs to help keep kids healthy in school.

The Nobelity Project

The Nobelity Project builds school infrastructure, supports literacy and scholarship initiatives, improves the quality of learning, and promotes conservation and community service in East Africa, Latin America, and the U.S. By partner with The Nobelity Project, the ESPEROS Foundation has funded a preschool in Alamach, Kenya, for 50 students, and an expansion project for 1st and 2nd grade classrooms, which began classes in January 2016.
